CAB11A Bluetooth® Module
The CAB11A Bluetooth® module serves as an interface between an inverter from the MOVI-C® modular automation system and the IoT app, which makes it possible to parameterize the inverter.
For mobile devices, the IoT app is available for download in the corresponding app store (see chapter Setting up the IoT app). For devices with web browsers, the web app of the IoT app is available (see chapter Setting up the web app).
The module can either be plugged directly onto the inverter inside the control cabinet or operated outside the control cabinet using the available installation frames (the maximum cable length for the installation frames is 3 m). In both cases, the connection is established via the D-sub connector of the module.
To establish the first connection, the module must be registered in the IoT app. This registration can be performed via a Bluetooth® interface or an NFC interface. Following this initial registration, the Bluetooth® interface is used for the connection. Only one mobile device or one computer can connect to each module.
