If the maximum permitted output stage temperature is exceeded, the system inhibits the output stage and signals fault E11.1 "Heat sink overtemperature".

Warning E11.2 "Heat sink utilization - prewarning" is output before a fault message. The point in time when the warning is issued can be set using a hysteresis.
