DR2C..U motors are synchronous reluctance motors. They consist of adapted stators of the asynchronous motors rotors with reluctance technology without asynchronous cage.

DR2C.U motors are available in sizes 160MUR – 280MU in speed classes 1500/1800 min^-1 and 3000 min^-1. The reluctance motors achieve energy efficiency class IE5 and can only be operated on a frequency inverter.
