Please have the following information available if you require customer service assistance:

  • Nameplate data (complete)
  • Type and extent of the failure
  • Time the failure occurred and any accompanying circumstances
  • Assumed cause
  • Ambient conditions such as
    • Ambient temperature
    • Air humidity
    • Installation altitude
    • Dirt
    • etc.
