Arrangement of the modules within the axis system
Observe the information regarding the arrangement of the modules within the axis system in the document "MOVIDRIVE® modular Application Inverter".
Additionally: In an axis system with an MDR90B-.. sinusoidal regenerative power supply, the MDF90B-.. filter module must be installed directly to the left of the regenerative power supply.
The supply and regenerative modules should only be connected to the following modules in the DC link:
- MDA90A-.. axis modules
- MDD90A-.. double-axis modules
- MDD91A-.. double-axis modules
- MDS90A-.. switched-mode power supply module
- UHX45A/MDM90A-.. master module
- MDF90B-.. filter module
The MDA axis modules and MDD double-axis modules can be used with firmware 8.0 or later. A firmware update is necessary for older devices. Contact SEW-EURODRIVE for this service.
The firmware can be viewed in the device status on the nameplates of the MDA axis modules and MDD double-axis modules.
