In the case of supply modules with sinusoidal supply and energy recovery, the filter module ensures the suppression of line-bound interference pulses that are caused by the pulsed voltage supply in regenerative operation.

The operation of supply modules with sinusoidal supply and energy recovery without a filter module is not permitted.
