Curve description

If the master axis is a modulo axis, the "flying saw" function is operated based on curves. The position profile for the "flying saw" function is then specified via a curve description generated by the software module.

The curve description in the "Automatic" operating modes consists of three segments. The 1st segment is a polynomial defined via the "synchronization distance" and "start position" parameters. The middle linear segment is defined via the "synchronous distance" and "material path per master cycle" (pitch of the slopes) parameters. The length of the polynomial segment at the end of the curve description results from the rest of the still available master distance within the master cycle.
