Axis type of connected master axis:

  • Linear – axis with absolute position reference
  • Modulo – axis with modulo positions. The axis of the flying saw is operated in the "Automatic" modes based on curves.

Alignment of the flying saw

  • Parallel – the flying saw moves parallel to the material path.
  • Diagonal – the flying saw moves diagonally to the material path.

Synchronicity return value

  • Distance – output the traveled distance of the last synchronous phase on the process data.
  • Time – output the duration of the last synchronous phase on the process data.

Monitor repositioning

  • Yes – check whether the start position for the next cycle is reached in time. If the start position is not reached in time, an error is output.
  • No – ignore not reaching the start position in time. The operating mode is continued to the next processing cycle.
