Open axis interface "FB_AxisInterface_Open"

The FB_AxisInterface_Open function block provides an open interface to an axis.

With the function block, the node blocks can access any axis via their interface inputs of the I_InterfaceToDrive3 type. This can be employed, for example, when using the AxisDriver template in the MOVIRUN^®-open environment.
