Assembling input and output elements

Damage to bearing, housing or shafts due to incorrect mounting.

Possible damage to property.

• If possible, use a mounting device for installing input and output elements (see below). Use the threaded centering bore at the shaft end.
• Never force belt pulleys, couplings, pinions, etc. onto the shaft end by hitting them with a hammer.
• When installing the belt pulleys, make sure the belt is tensioned correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
• Make sure the transmission elements are balanced after fitting and do not give rise to any impermissible radial or axial forces.
