Description: Short circuit in the DC link

Measure

A short circuit is present at the DC link cable of a hybrid cable.

– Remove the short circuit.

– Switch the device off and on again.

Fault: 85.2 (5502hex | 21762dec)

Description: Overload at hybrid cable

 

 

Cause

Measure

An overload in one of the hybrid cables triggered a fuse in the device.

Contact SEW-EURODRIVE Service.

Description: Precharging – warning

 

 

Cause

Measure

The DC 24 V supply voltage is outside the permitted range. The device cannot be fully pre-charged.

Check the DC 24 V voltage supply from the power supply module.

Description: Overcurrent in the 24 V supply line

 

 

Cause

Measure

The DC 24 V supply cable has been overloaded.

Reduce the load.

Description: Overcurrent at control signal

The control signal of the decentralized servo system (DSS) has been overloaded.

– Check the cable.

– Reduce the load.

Fault: 85.6 (5506hex | 21766dec)

Description: Faulty control signal

Measure

A short circuit to ground is present at the control signal of the decentralized servo system (DSS).

Remove short circuit to ground.

A positive circuit is present at the control signal of the decentralized servo system (DSS).

Remove positive circuit.

The control signal of the decentralized servo system (DSS) is faulty.

Check signal.

Reduce the load.

Reduce the load.

Reduce the load.

Measure

There is a short circuit in the hybrid cable in the conductors of the 24 V supply.

– Check hybrid cable for short circuit.

– Check the 24 V supply cable for short circuit.
