Installing the connection cables

To install the connection cables, you will need 2 ASi flat cables and a screwdriver with a 4 mm blade.

Proceed as follows:

  • First remove the cable carrier from the device.
  1. Position the ASi flat cable in the groove such that the underside of the cable sits in the lower lugs for holding cables.
  2. Use the screwdriver to press the top of the cable under the upper lugs for holding cables. Press the screwdriver onto the cable at an angle of 30°.
    • The cable is now sitting in the right position in the groove.
  3. Repeat these steps to install the 2nd cable.
  4. Notice: The cable must not end in the groove. Protect the bare cable ends from dust and dampness with suitable end caps.
