Deactivate arrival error message

The arrival error message is part of the jam error detection (see chapter Behavior in case of jam). If the arrival error message is deactivated, no error is issued if the upstream zone does not issue an arrival confirmation. However, the error tripping time must pass before the material is conveyed to the next zone.
