ZPA mode
Selecting a ZPA mode if the integrated conveying logic is used.
Parameter setting | Description |
|---|---|
Singulation | Material is conveyed to the next zone as soon as the sensor of the downstream zone is free. |
Train | If the downstream zone is empty, all upstream zones are enabled at the same time. |
Gap train | The size of the gap is defined by the value of the start delay parameter. |
Start delay
The parameter value defines the delay time after enable in ZAP mode gap train. The gap size between 2 materials is defined by the delay time. The delay time can be set individually for each conveying zone.
Parameter value: 0 – 65 s
