ZPA functions of the ECC-DFC control

The control has 3 ZPA functions:

• Singulation
• Train
• Gap Train

Schematic illustration and descriptions of the 3 functions are given in the following chapter.

For this purpose, it is assumed that a roller conveyor loaded with material has an accumulation zone in zone Z3. At T2, material is fed out. The following reactions show the basic features of the functions as well as their differences.
