Exporting G-code

For a list of G-code commands that can be exported, refer to chapter Overview: SRL commands supported during export.

Proceed as follows to export G-code:

  • The SRL program to be exported is opened in RobotMonitor.
  1. In the RobotMonitor, open the menu with the additional functions for program editing [2] in the tab for creating the SRL program, and click [Convert SRL ↔ G-code].
    • The "G-code" dialog box is displayed.
  2. Click the [SRL → G-Code] button. INFORMATION: You cannot close the dialog box and restart the process as long as the export is in progress. To close the dialog box or restart an export, the currently ongoing process must be canceled in the RobotMonitor window.
    • The SRL program is inserted as G-code in the text field [G-code]. INFORMATION: The content of the text box will be overwritten and cannot be restored.
  3. Save the G-code from the text field [G-code] in a file using the buttons [2] or [3] in the G-Code Conversion tab.
  • The resulting G-code is saved in the specified file.
