Startup procedure

If "Terminals" is set as the control signal source of the synchronization stations, all units in the network are enabled after the line voltage is switched on.
If the "Inhibit output stage" fault response is set for "Sync timeout response", the MP slaves are not enabled until the synchronization signal is received.
