Controlling the top drive for deflecting the tower
The position controller is deactivated during operation of the top drive. This means that the lag error is no longer monitored. The instructions described below are used for startup purposes or for consciously deflecting the mast in order to properly scale the analog values of the strain gauge or check the scaling.
- Deactivate the MOVIKIT® MultiAxisController (bit 8) in Default operating mode (0). See also chapter Deactivating MOVIKIT® MultiAxisController (bit 8).
- Deactivate the LowerDrive in MOVIKIT® MultiAxisController control word (bit 1 "Deactivate axis 1"). See also chapter Deactivating axes (bits 0 to 3).
- The TopDrive can now be moved in jog mode (100) in manual mode.
