Error 145 MOVIKIT® – Power and Energy Solutions additional functions

Error: 145.1 (9101hex | 37121dec)

Description: No FCB request possible with output stage enable

Cause

Measure

The switching status of the storage unit is unknown. This can be due to the following reasons:

– The switching status has not yet been determined because the MOVI-C® CONTROLLER has been restarted.

– A disconnection or synchronization process has been terminated prematurely.

Select the "DC synchronization" operating mode again and connect or disconnect the storage unit.

Error: 145.2 (9102hex | 37122dec)

Description: Inconsistent charging status control voltage limits

Cause

Measure

The voltage limit parameters have not been parameterized in ascending order from 4 to 1.

Correct the parameters in MOVISUITE® under [Operating modes] > [Charge status control] and update the configuration data.

Error: 145.16 (9110hex | 37136dec)

Description: Error from at least one axis group member

Cause

Measure

At least one subordinate axis group member signals an error.

– Rectify the error.

– Perform a reset.

Error: 145.21 (9115hex | 37141dec)

Description: Error from at least one axis group member

Cause

Measure

At least one subordinate axis group member signals an error.

– Rectify the error.

– Perform a reset.

Error: 145.32 (9120hex | 37152dec)

Description: MRCD alarm triggered

Cause

Measure

The feedback contact to the IO module has poor contact or a wire break.

Check the signal cable from the MRCD to the IO module.

The fault current in the energy storage unit is greater than the alarm threshold.

Check the energy storage unit for ground fault. In the event of a ground fault, disconnect the energy storage unit via the disconnecting switch and then discharge it safely.

For safety reasons, only work on the energy storage unit or the DC link after it has been discharged.

The IO module is defective.

Check IO module and replace if necessary.

The energy module is defective.

Replace the energy module after consulting SEW-EURODRIVE.

Error: 145.33 (9121hex | 37153dec)

Description: MRCD pre-alarm: The MRCD pre-alarm has tripped!

Cause

Measure

Feedback contact to SEW IO module has poor contact or wire break

Check the signal cable from the MRCD to the SEW IO module

Fault current in energy storage unit with tripping current greater than pre-alarm threshold

Check energy storage unit for ground fault, see user manual

Error: 145.34 (9122hex | 37154dec)

Description: Function block "IOConnectorMRCD" not linked

Cause

Measure

The "IOConnectorMRCD" function block for exchanging the DIO signals has not been linked.

Link the function block correctly. More information about this can be found in the manual.

Error: 145.35 (9123hex | 37155dec)

Description: The "IOConnectorMRCD" function block is signaling a communication error

Cause

Measure

The interface to the "LogicalDevice" of the IO module has not been linked.

– Program the link.

Or

– Disable the checking via Property.

The SBusPLUS communication is faulty and the IO module which supplies the values is not accessible.

– Check the SBusPLUS communication.

– Check the cabling of the SBusPLUS.

Error: 145.36 (9124hex | 37156dec)

Description: MRCD test interval expired!

Cause

Measure

Minimum time parameterized in days since the last test has passed

Disconnect energy storage unit from DC link. Perform synchronization via PLC. A test is performed, the current timestamp is then saved.

Error: 145.37 (9125hex | 37157dec)

Description: MRCD test failed

Cause

Measure

A wiring problem is present.

Check the cabling between MRCD and IO module.

An MRCD hardware defect is present.

Contact SEW-EURODRIVE Service.

Error: 145.64 (9140hex | 37184dec)

Description: ErrorManager message list is full

Cause

Measure

A large number of error messages have occurred simultaneously.

– Rectify the error.

– Perform a reset.

Error: 145.65 (9141hex | 37185dec)

Description: Error in the process of the current error response

Cause

Measure

An error has been detected in the current error response sequence (e.g. in storage disconnection). A higher error response is selected to enable an escalation.

– Rectify the error.

– Perform a reset.

Error: 145.66 (9142hex | 37186dec)

Description: Test error response 10

Cause

Measure

A test error with response 10 has been triggered.

When the test has taken place, reset the error.

Error: 145.67 (9143hex | 37187dec)

Description: Test error response 20
