If you cannot correct an error or require support during configuration, contact SEW‑EURODRIVE Service via the in Online Support on the SEW‑EURODRIVE website.
To clarify your request, it may be helpful to add the following files as an attachment to the support request:
- A zip archive with all files from the log directory
- (Default path:
C:\ProgramData\SEW\SmartDataCollector\logs) - The settings.db file from the root directory
- (Default path:
C:\ProgramData\SEW\SmartDataCollector) - A screenshot of the software showing the exception, problem, message or configuration
