Event timestamp

For events of parameter containers, the timestamp specifies the time at which all parameter values of all devices of a container were collected by the SDC and published together in one event. This means the timestamp depends on the number and availability of devices in the network.

The timestamp is specified as a unix time in [ms]. The unix time contains the number of milliseconds since Jan 1, 1970, 0:00. The unix time can be converted into the common time format e.g. using tools available online.
