Timestamp

Each published event is assigned the time of acquisition, the so-called "timestamp". The representation in the software refers to the time zone set on the computer. In the JSON files, however, the time is given in UTC format. The importance of the timestamp differs between events of parameter containers, events of scope containers, and events of OPC servers.
