Load default settings from the default directory automatically at startup

Activate automatic loading of all configuration files (e.g. exported groups, containers, endpoints) from the preferences directory (default path: C:\ProgramData\SEW\SmartDataCollector\preset) at program start. The contained program configurations are saved in the SDC database and the configuration files are then deleted from the preferences directory.

INFORMATION: Objects contained in the current program configuration (e.g. containers and endpoints) with the same ID are overwritten during import. To prevent overwriting, create a copy of the object to obtain an object with a new ID.

The following cleaning steps can also be performed during the data backup:

• Remove all of the assigned device groups and devices from containers.
• Remove assigned endpoints from containers.

Restore the program configuration or components of it from a file. The current program configurations are overwritten and the new ones are applied.
