Configuring MOVIKIT® PowerMode and "Intelligent charge control"

  1. Open the configuration of MOVIKIT® PowerMode.
  2. In the "Basic settings" configuration menu, activate the "Intelligent charge control" function in the "Additional functions" section.
    • The "Predictive charge control" configuration menu is displayed in the configuration of MOVIKIT® PowerMode.
  3. Open the "Predictive charge control" configuration menu.
  4. Activate the "Height-dependent charge control" function.
    • The setting fields of the "Height-dependent charge control" function are displayed.
  5. Use the corresponding setting fields to specify the lowest or highest position of the hoist. The user units set in the lifting axes apply. A plausibility check is not performed in this case.
    • All axes of the type "hoist" linked to MOVIKIT® PowerMode are taken into account ("Energy coupling" menu of the axes).
  6. Specify a reserve for the other drives.
    • The "target charge limit" defined in the "Automatic" operating mode of MOVIKIT® PowerMode is used as the upper voltage limit of the "height-dependent charge control" function. This is the case when all hoists are in the lowest position.
    • The lower voltage level is set when all hoists are in the upper position ("Minimum voltage operating range" + "energy reserve" set in the state of charge control mode of MOVIKIT® PowerMode).
