Fault responses
The occurring faults of the safety option are divided into 6 fault classes. Depending on the fault class, the fault response described in the following table is carried out:

FS message | Entry in fault memory, no further response |
FS warning | Entry in fault memory, no further response |
FS output fault, FS input fault, FS encoder fault | Entry in fault memory and safe state of digital inputs and outputs as applicable |
FS system fault | Entry in fault memory and safe state of digital inputs and outputs |
FS critical fault | Entry in fault memory and safe state of digital inputs and outputs, no safe communication |
FS data fault of internal memory | The data fault is triggered by faulty data in the RAM and results in a processor restart. |
