– Reduce the load.

– Reduce the PWM frequency.

– Reduce the ambient temperature.

Air circulation disrupted. Maximum permitted heat sink temperature exceeded.

– Check air circulation.

– Ensure sufficient cooling.

The fan (if available) is defective. Maximum permitted heat sink temperature exceeded.
