  • Link a suitable IOConnector function block with the software module.

Relay is stuck.

  • The relay does not open even though it has been switched.
  • The auxiliary contact of the relay does not open even though the relay opens.

Replace the relay.

  • Relay does not open or close within the timeout time.
  • The auxiliary contact does not follow the changed relay switching state.

"Limit of current limiting off" is greater than "Limit of current limiting on".

The voltage limits are configured incorrectly. The "Current limiting off" switching threshold must be greater than the "Current limiting on" switching threshold.

Adjust the limits in MOVISUITE® accordingly and then update the configuration data of the project.
