Manual addressing

Manual addressing is used, for example, during startup, system expansion, device replacement, etc.

When using this method, only one device in the network may be in an unaddressed state (address 0). All of the other devices must have unique addresses.

Proceed as follows:

  • The inverter is supplied with line voltage and/or DC 24 V backup voltage.
  • The inverter is connected to the master via the AS-Interface interface module.
  1. Set the address of the device via the master's engineering tool.
