Oil seal defective

Short-term oil and/or grease leakage at the oil seal is possible in the run-in phase (24 hours running time).

Replace oil seal

Oil leaking from the output-side oil seal

Too much oil

Short-term oil and/or grease leakage at the oil seal is possible in the run-in phase (24 hours running time).

Correct the oil quantity

Oil leaking from the output-side oil seal

Drive installed in the wrong mounting position or breather valve installed in wrong position.

Short-term oil and/or grease leakage at the oil seal is possible in the run-in phase (24 hours running time).

Install the breather valve correctly

Output shaft does not rotate even though the motor is running

Shaft-hub connection in gear unit interrupted

Send in the drive unit for repair
