Incorrect setting of the voltage controller so that the storage voltage cannot be adjusted within the specified time. No AC power or not enough power or voltage available on the output stage side facing away from the storage unit.	Check the device for active device faults that lead to an output stage inhibit, for example. Check whether the application limits of the device allow a power supply. Contact SEW‑EURODRIVE. Check the AC power and ensure that there is sufficient voltage on the output stage side (A/B) facing away from the storage unit.

The load-break switch was opened manually while the operating mode should have synchronize and connect the storage unit.	Close the load-break switch/circuit breaker and start synchronization again.
16#90C6	37062	Error message + emergency stop (10)	The "DC Synchronization" operating mode has been selected although the energy storage unit was configured as "non-disconnectable" in MOVISUITE^®.	The energy storage unit has been configured as "non-disconnectable" in MOVISUITE^® but the operating mode was selected anyway.	Check the disconnectability of the storage unit and adjust the configuration in MOVISUITE^® if necessary.

Check the measuring line for wire break and correct the connection to the device and storage unit. Check the main fuse of the energy storage unit.

The energy storage unit was immediately disconnected or synchronization of the energy storage unit is currently not possible.	Overload of the braking resistor. The K1 synchronization contactor is welded. The control cable to the K1 synchronization contactor has a wire break.	Check the K1 synchronization contactor for proper functioning. Check the control cable and connection points.

The voltage of a measuring line of the energy storage unit was 0 V during a charge test.	Reset If the fault occurs again, check the measuring line of the energy storage unit.

The energy storage unit is almost fully charged. No voltage increase can be generated and therefore no more charge quantity can be fed in.	Wait until the voltage of the energy storage unit has decreased by a few volts, use the discharge unit if necessary to discharge the energy storage unit slightly (e.g. by 5 V)
16#90CF	37071	Immediate energy storage disconnection + output stage inhibits (40)	Discharge timeout process: Discharge takes too long.	Braking resistor not configured correctly. Defective braking resistor or defective brake chopper in MDP92A Stuck contactors: The synchronization contactors might be stuck and the energy storage unit is therefore still connected.	Check the configuration of the braking resistors in MOVISUITE^®. Check the wiring of the braking resistor for correct connection or damage. If in doubt, contact SEW‑EURODRIVE. Check the expected switching state of the contactors.
16#90D0	37072	Error message + emergency stop (10)	No axis linked for automatic checking of standstill.	None of the connected axes has been linked to the software module via "energy coupling".	Link all axes in the DC link to the software module via "energy coupling".
16#90D1	37073	Immediate energy storage disconnection + output stage inhibits (40)	K3 synchronization contactor might be welded.	K3 synchronization contactor might be stuck. The charging test during disconnection failed.	Check the contactors and repair or replace them if necessary.
16#90D2	37074	Immediate energy storage disconnection + output stage inhibits (40)	Storage voltage is outside the tolerance band.	The storage voltage is outside the permitted tolerance band (e.g. negative voltage less than -30 V) or the voltage of 30 V is above the application limit. The tolerance band can be configured in MOVISUITE^®.	Discharge the storage unit manually if necessary.
16#90D3	37075	Immediate energy storage disconnection + output stage inhibits (40)	At least one contactor (K1, K2 or K3) does not signal an open switching state during the MRCD test. Check the SBus^PLUS communication. Check the SBus^PLUS cabling. Program the link or alternatively switch off the check via property (see manual).
