Setpoint limitation
The setpoint speed, setpoint acceleration, and the setpoint deceleration are limited by the configured application limits. The following parameters can be changed in the configuration menu "Monitoring functions", in the submenu "Limit values", under "Application limits":
- Positive speed (index 8357.10)
- Negative speed (index 8357.11)
The limitation of the jerk is calculated as follows:
Maximum jerk = ("Application limits – positive speed" + "Limits – emergency stop deceleration") / "Application limits ‑ jerk time"
