Creating a group via application type

To create a group with all devices of a specific application type, proceed as follows:

  1. Open the "Groups" tab.
  2. Open the menu with the functions for further processing .
  3. Click the "Create groups from application type" entry.
    • The "Create groups from application type" dialog window opens.
  4. Choose the required application type from the "Application types" drop-down list.
  5. Specify a name and description for the group.
  6. Click [Save].
  • The added group is displayed in the list under the "Groups" tab and can be selected when configuring containers.
