Adding language selection (optional)

The software module supports German and English by default. The language used at the start can be selected as follows via the aStartLanguage variable from the "GVL_MBMConfig" global variable list in the User_PRG.

If no language is selected, the software module starts with the default language. ("German" for Deutsch and "English" for Englisch). Further languages can be added by extending the Text lists on the memory card.

INFORMATION: The value for the language is written once when starting so that language management of the rest of the visualization is not affected. The value must be written before the "FB_ModelBasedMonitoringVisu" module is first called up so that the language setting is adopted.
