Configuring the MOVIKIT® StackerCrane MultiMotion

INFORMATION

You will find further information in the chapter Configuration and in the documentation for the MOVIKIT® MultiMotion.

Start up the MOVIKIT® StackerCrane MultiMotion as follows:

  1. Open the configuration menu "Drive train DT1" of the relevant axis.
  2. Start up the drive train according to the system geometry.
  3. INFORMATION

    The scaling of the position of the values "position", "speed" and "acceleration" must be consistent.
    CORRECT: mm, mm/s, mm/s2
    INCORRECT: mm, rev/min, degrees/s/min
  4. Open the configuration menu "Optimization DT1" and optimize the drive train. In this case, use the tool "Manual mode" (context menu of the axis: Tools > Manual mode).
  5. Add the MOVIKIT® StackerCrane MultiMotion to the axis (if the software module has already been added, open the configuration menu "Drive functions" of the MOVIKIT® StackerCrane MultiMotion and click [Apply resolution to the drive train] in the "Scaling" submenu").

 

If you use the MOVIKIT® StackerCrane MultiMotion as a lower-level axis of a MOVIKIT® StackerCrane MultiAxisController, carry out the following steps in the configuration of the MOVIKIT® StackerCrane MultiMotion:

  1. Open the "Basic settings" configuration menu.
  2. In the "Higher-level MOVIKIT®" section, select "MOVIKIT® StackerCrane MultiAxisController".
  • Only the relevant setting fields are now shown on the configuration menu of the MOVIKIT® StackerCrane MultiMotion. It is thus indicated which settings have to be made in the configuration of the MOVIKIT® StackerCrane MultiAxisController and which in the configuration of the MOVIKIT® StackerCrane MultiMotion.
