Configuring MOVIKIT® EncoderInterface

- Open the configuration of the MOVIKIT® EncoderInterface.
- In the "EncoderInterface" configuration menu, select the "Advanced" value as the "Type" in the "EncoderInterface" section.
- Select the "Encoder 2 connected to inverter" setting as "Data source".
- Under "Axis name", select the axis with the MOVIKIT® FlyingSaw software module and external encoder card.
- Set the "Number of decimal places" to the same number as in "Drive train DT" of the inverter with the MOVIKIT® FlyingSaw software module. Do not change all the other parameters in the "Parameter user unit" section.
- Set the "1st derivative" to "active".
- The "Settings of the 1st derivative" section is displayed.
- In the "Settings of the 1st derivative" section, set the "Dead time compensation" to "active".
- Set the dead time to 0.008 s.
