Module description
The software module is used to implement applications with speed control/torque control or torque limitation. The structure of the process data interface corresponds to that of the MOVIKIT® Positioning Drive software module.
The software module mainly uses the basic functions of the application inverter in use by activating the respective function blocks (such as FCB 07 Torque control) depending on the application. The range of functions that can be used depends on the hardware in use. Position-controlled jogging, for example, is only possible with encoder feedback.
The area of application of the software module is, for example, materials handling technology (horizontal drives, vertical drives, rail vehicles, sorter applications, linear motors, etc.).
No programming knowledge is required for startup and diagnostics as the software modules are integrated in the MOVISUITE® engineering software.
