Transfer shuttle

  • Transfer shuttle

A typical application of contactless energy transfer in the field of intralogistics are transfer shuttles, which are used to distribute pallets, containers or other goods within a conveyor level to several adjacent conveyor lines. For example, the pallets are moved crosswise to or along the conveyor lines, even over greater distances.

The video shows how a contactless energy transfer system can be integrated here. TEST TEST In this application, the contactless energy transferred is used for the travel drive and the drive of the conveyor chains. Thanks to the contactless energy transfer system, the current for the transfer shuttle drive does not have to be transferred via cable carriers or conductor rails as is usually the case.
