Protection of braking resistor against thermal overload

SEW-EURODRIVE recommends using only braking resistors with intrinsic protection in conjunction with MOVIPRO^® technology. When braking resistors with an integrated temperature switch are used, external circuitry is required. For more details, see chapter Braking resistors with integrated temperature switch.
