Installing the new module

Insert the new module by performing steps 1 – 7 in reverse order (7 – 1).

Mark the replaced module with a label or similar. Attach it to the mounting rail. Note the date of the module replacement on it and transfer the number of the module from the removed module, e.g. "C4".

As the new module is delivered with a short-circuit jumper, it has 0 V like all of the other modules in the control cabinet. This means that no asymmetrical voltage distribution can form during startup.
