The discharge function block is converting power that is at least 10% higher than the continuous power of the braking resistor. The braking resistor is too small, and the parameterized continuous power is too low.

Install another braking resistor.

– An IO module is defective.

Check affected components and replace them if necessary.

Check the expected switching state of the contactors.

The automatic check of standstill and power stage lock of all stations has not been deactivated via MOVISUITE®.

Deactivate the check in MOVISUITE® under [Operating modes] > [DC link synchronization].

NOTE

Idle state and output stage inhibit must then be ensured by the user before using DC synchronization operating mode.

None of the connected stations have been linked to the PES MOVIKIT® via "Energy coupling".

In MOVISUITE® under [Energy coupling] in the axes parameter tree, link all the stations in the DC link to the PES MOVIKIT® via "Energy coupling".

Contactor K3 may possibly be welded. The charging test during the disconnection procedure failed.

Check contactor and replace it if necessary.

The capacity of the energy storage unit is not set correctly.
