Scope configuration

The software allows you to import a complete scope configuration from a MOVISUITE® MES file or an online device when configuring data containers.

To import a scope configuration, proceed as follows:

  1. Open the "Data containers" tab for the devices.
  2. Open the configuration of the scope container into which you wish to import the scope configuration, or add a new scope container.
  3. In the "Scope configuration" section, click [Import]. INFORMATION: The [Import] button is only visible if the "Inherit from container template" option is deactivated.
    • The "Import scope configuration" dialog window opens.
  4. Click [Import from file] and select an appropriate import file in the file browser or click [Select device] and select an SEW device from which you want to read the scope configuration.
  5. Click [Import].
  • The scope configuration has been added to the configuration of the data container.
