Operating concept

The following graphic provides a schematic illustration of the software's operating concept:

Data acquisition is set up based on the 3 basic elements to be configured, namely "Group", "Data container" and "Endpoint". The data containers are of central importance here. After scanning and grouping the devices and setting up endpoints, the data containers determine which data from which devices is sent to which endpoints. The exact sequence of startup steps to be performed can be found in chapter Startup.
