Hardware

The following hardware is required for the average application of the software on a Windows operating system. If the software is run on the EdgeProcessingPlatform, the hardware used is always the DriveRadar^® EdgeProcessingUnit and the following requirements do not need to be taken into account.

INFORMATION: An average application of the software includes approximately 200 devices, from which 50 parameters are transmitted once a day and 20 parameters are transmitted once per hour. If less powerful hardware than the hardware listed below is used, check whether this hardware is sufficient for the configured application. If more than the recommended 200 devices are used, this can lead to diminished performance when operating the software or cause a high data load in the network.

• Processor: 5 cores (e.g. i5) with at least 2.5 GHz per core
• RAM: At least 16 GB RAM
• Hard disk storage: 16 GB
• (800 MB for the software and a 10 GB buffer for uploading data)
