Short circuiting energy modules

All energy modules must be short circuited after discharging.

For physical reasons, new voltage can build up again in energy storage units when they have been discharged. The short circuit should therefore be performed immediately after the discharge process. Adhere to the following procedure here:

  1. Discharge the energy storage units.
  2. Check to ensure all poles are de-energized (+UZ against -UZ and against PE in each case).
  3. Perform the short circuit according to the specifications in the following sub-chapters.
