Error behavior

INFORMATION

Event

The drive leaves the interpolation (E120.150) due to an inverter error (e.g. E08) or selecting a higher-priority FCB (e.g. FCB 13) and/or STO and is configured to "Error + central stop profile".

Response:

• Error
• Central stop profile
• Position controller shutdown
• AntiSway remains active

Behavior when central stop profile is ended:

• Switch from FCB 6 to FCB 26

Event

Distance encoder error (E120.3)

Response:

• Error
• Central stop profile
• Position controller shutdown
• Shutdown of balance controller if a synchronous encoder is used for skew compensation.
• AntiSway remains active

Behavior when central stop profile is ended:

• Switch from FCB 6 to FCB 26

Event

Motor encoder (E13.x)

Response:

• Error
• Central stop profile
• Position controller shutdown
• Shutdown of balance controller if a motor encoder is used for skew compensation.
• AntiSway remains active

Behavior when central stop profile is ended:

• Switch from FCB 6 to FCB 26

Event

IEC error (e.g. lag error or lifting axis not initialized)

Response:

• Error
• Central stop profile
• Position controller shutdown
• AntiSway remains active

Behavior when central stop profile is ended:

• Switch from FCB 6 to FCB 26

Removal of an enable signal

Response:

• Central stop profile
• AntiSway active

Drive leaves the interpolation (E120.153) because FCB 01 and/or STO is configured to "Warning + central stop profile".

Response:

• Warning

• AntiSway remains active

• Switch from FCB 6 to FCB 26

Drive leaves the interpolation (E120.153) because FCB 01/STO is configured to "Error + output stage inhibit".
