Jerk time
With the additional function, the jerk time can be specified either via process data or via a fixed setpoint. If specified via process data, the process data length is extended by a process data word.

WARNING

Unexpected system behavior by changing the jerk time during deceleration. If the jerk is reduced (jerk time increased) during deceleration, the target position may be overrun.
May result in death, severe injuries or damage to property
- Change the jerk (jerk time) only when the machine is at idle state.
The specified jerk time is not effective in the following cases:
- When the operating mode Stop (0) (FCB 02) is activated
- When the "Enable/application stop" signal (FCB 13) is removed
- When the "Enable/emergency stop" signal (FCB 14) is removed
- When an error response is active (FCB 13 or FCB 14)
In these cases, the inverter jerk time set in the parameter group [Functions] > [Monitoring functions] > [Limit values] takes effect.
