Predictive charge control (PredictiveChargeControl)

This add-on can only be used in conjunction with MOVIKIT® StackerCrane effiDRIVE®.
The "predictive charge control" add-on (MOVIKIT® PowerAndEnergySolutions add-on PredictiveChargeControl) extends the range of functions by the option of dynamically adjusting the state of charge of the energy storage unit to the respective energy demand, depending on the position, rotation or motion energy of the application. For this purpose, "predictive charge control" keeps capacities in the energy storage unit free if a recuperative energy input is to be expected (e.g. a hoist in upper position) or precharges the energy storage unit if an energy demand is to be expected on the consumer side (e.g. a hoist is in lower position). To use the add-on, all axes to be taken into account must be linked to the PES device via the "Energy coupling" function.
The "height-dependent charge control" variant of the "predictive charge control" add-on also links the storage charge to the position of all connected hoists. Only axes that are declared as "hoist" in the configuration of the "Energy coupling" function are taken into account. Other linked axes are ignored. However, an energy reserve is kept for the other axes in order not to drop into the boost range of the DC link. This reserve can also be parameterized.
