With MOVIKIT® StackerCrane MultiAxisController

  • A suitable MOVIKIT® software module of the "Motion" category (e.g. MultiMotion, Positioning, Gearing) has been inserted and configured on all axes you want to couple with the Power and Energy Solutions software module.
  • A software node with the MOVIKIT® StackerCrane MultiAxisController is located at a higher level than the axes.
  • A Power and Energy Solutions software module is inserted and configured on the power supply module.
  1. Open the configuration of each of the lower-level MOVIKIT® MultiMotion axes.
  2. In the "Module configuration" > "Basic settings" configuration menu, go to the "Higher-level MOVIKIT®" section and activate the "MOVIKIT® MultiAxisController".
  3. In the "Module configuration" > "Basic settings" configuration menu, go to the "Additional functions" section and activate the function "Additional process values of the inverter".
  4. Open the configuration of the higher-level MOVIKIT® StackerCrane MultiAxisController.
  5. In the "Module configuration" > "Basic settings" configuration menu, go to the "Additional functions" section and activate the "Energy coupling" function.
    • The "Additional functions" > "Energy coupling" configuration menu is displayed in the configuration of the MOVIKIT® StackerCrane MultiAxisController.
  6. Open the "Additional functions" > "Energy coupling" configuration menu.
  7. Under "Name of power supply module", select the associated power supply module or, in parallel operation, select the software node with the MOVIKIT® ParallelMode.
    • The automatic code generation of MOVISUITE® automatically performs the further steps for coupling the MOVIKIT® software module of the "Motion" category and the Power and Energy Solutions software module.
  • The software modules are coupled with each other and exchange information.
