Mass acceleration factor
The mass acceleration factor is calculated as follows:

JMot | Motor moment of inertia | [JMot] = kgm2 |
The motor inertia JMot is the mass moment of inertia of the motor and, if present, the brake and the flywheel fan (Z fan).
The load moment of inertia JLx includes the mass moments of inertia of the driven machine and the gear unit, reduced to the motor shaft.
