Requirements for operation

Before opening the MOVISAFE^® F-Protocol Editor for the first time, the PROFINET interface and the PROFIsafe parameters of the inverter must already be configured in the TIA Portal.

In the Windows prompt, use the "ping IP address of the inverter" command to check whether there is a communication connection via Ethernet/PROFINET to the inverter (example: "ping 10.58.231.8").

Make sure that the MOVISAFE^® F-Protocol Editor and the Assist CS.. tool are not used simultaneously in the system. The tool used must be open only once.
